Exporting and downloading assets
Portfolio lets you export all, a branch, or a single folder of assets to a compressed file on your computer so you can import it into another instance of Portfolio. When you export assets, all of the metadata and assets are compressed into a single file. You can include the accountability levels assigned to assets or leave them without accountability.

You can only export assets that you have the access and accountability rights to view. If you don’t have access to an asset in a folder you selected to export, the asset will not be included in the export file. |
